The purpose of the design was to create many juxtapositions in one picture. How many do you see? The reflection in the cat's glasses is the primary picture that the bottom individuals are looking at. I started this design in Adobe CC Express and finished it in Photoshop. I suggest " Like when you see it" as a caption for CVS.
All the people and animals are individual Adobe Stock images.
The digital vaccination card is custom-made and placed in the model's hand.
I used QR Code Monkey to design the QR code.
